The Healthy Woman weight loss exercise circuit is fun, motivating, and it’s always changing so you don’t get bored. Our exercise circuit uses the principle of “intervals” where a session of time is spent doing a higher-intensity resistance exercise alternated with sessions of recovery time.
This method is beneficial in many ways:
