That’s right, you’ll have your own, personal, one-on-one weight loss coach!
And why is this so important? We’re glad you asked. Having a weight loss lifestyle coach is something that we believe is a key to your success. Your lifestyle coach will:
- Support you,
- Keep you accountable,
- Educate you,
- And motivate you.
We understand how difficult it can be to lose weight. Your lifestyle coach is your go-to person when things get tough. From your first appointment, you’ll meet with your weight loss lifestyle coach and complete a free weight loss consultation. We do a body composition analysis and review things such as weight, body fat percentage, health, diet, past difficulties and much more. We then walk you through the Healthy Woman weight loss program and start putting together your personalized plan to weight loss success.
You meet regularly with your lifestyle coach, three times per week in the first stage of the weight loss program. During these one-on-one meetings we’ll discuss eating habits and your nutrition plan, exercise and we’ll even determine if things like stress or hormones might be affecting your weight loss.
We don’t just talk blood pressure and measurements, our weight loss lifestyle coaches are there to support you emotionally as well. We’ll help you through struggles and challenges, and recognize your achievements and successes. We are your partner in weight loss and our only goal is to make sure that you have everything you need to lose weight and be healthy.
